Greg Sizemore
Chief Executive Officer
Greg Sizemore is a seasoned behavioral health professional with over 25 years of experience in the field. He discovered his passion for mental health early in his career, working as a Mental Health Technician at a Children’s Psychiatric Hospital in Florida after graduating from high school. With a strong desire to advance in his profession, Greg joined the Air Force to pursue his degree and return to Behavioral Health leadership.
Upon receiving his bachelor’s degree and honorable discharge from the Air Force, Greg began working as a Program Director for a large provider in Florida. He later earned his master’s degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2002 and was promoted from Director to COO and eventually CEO of several facilities in Florida.
Most recently, Greg served as CEO at an Acute Behavioral Health facility with RTC services in West Tennessee. He has also held the position of Administrator for Residential and Acute levels of care with many related specialty behavioral services throughout his career. Greg finds the most fulfillment in his job when he witnesses patients gain a renewed sense of hope for their future.
Outside of work, Greg enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife Tammi and their two sons. They love traveling, camping, visiting skate parks, and trying new foods. He and his family are excited to make the move to the Nashville area, where they already spend much of their time. As the new CEO of Ascension Saint Thomas Behavioral Health Hospital, Greg looks forward to bringing his wealth of experience and leadership skills to serve the community.
